Payment Terms and Conditions

By booking services with Odyssey West Notary, you agree to the following payment terms:

Payment Due
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For Remote Online Notarization (RON), loan signings, or scheduled mobile appointments, payment may be required in advance.
Accepted Paymitionsent Methods
Odyssey West Notary accepts cash, debit/credit cards, electronic transfers, and other approved digital payment platforms. Returned or declined payments may result in additional processing fees.
Travel and Convenience Fees
Mobile notary services may include a travel or convenience fee based on distance, time, and urgency. These fees are disclosed prior to confirmation of the appointment.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least, 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a partial or full service charge.
Refund Policy
Notary fees are non-refundable once a notarization has been completed. If a signing cannot be completed due to missing documents, invalid identification, or signer non-compliance, travel and service fees may still apply.
Pricing Changes
Odyssey West Notary reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Updated rates will be posted on official platforms or communicated prior to service.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)
For RON services, audio-visual recordings and identity verification data may be stored in compliance with state regulations. These records are protected and retained only as long as legally required.
